    About Us

Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia helps girls gain the skills they need to become strong, healthy women using a fun, experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running. Delivered by trained Volunteer Coaches, the 20-lesson GOTR curriculum helps participants understand themselves, value positive relationships and teamwork, and understand how they can connect with and shape the world. GOTR NOVA is a 501c3 nonprofit serving 3rd - 8th grade girls at school and community sites throughout Northern Virginia.
